By using the services of HBA Go Japan Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the services of HBA Go Japan Travel.

1. Your Relationship with HBA Go Japan Travel

1.1 These Terms of Use govern how you use the “HBA Go Japan Travel Platform” (japanhba.rezio.shop), any other online or offline services provided by us, and any travel-related consumption you make through HBA Go Japan Travel (collectively, the “HBA Go Japan Travel Services”).
1.2 These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HBA Go Japan Travel. When using the Services, you agree to be bound by any additional service-related terms updated from time to time, as well as HBA Go Japan Travel’s Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
1.3 HBA Go Japan Travel may amend or update these Terms of Use at any time in accordance with applicable laws or as deemed necessary, without prior notice. The latest version will be published on our website (japanhba.rezio.shop) with the most recent update date indicated. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. HBA Go Japan Travel Services

2.1 The Services allow you to conveniently purchase travel itineraries, transportation services, tickets, and other travel experiences provided by HBA Go Japan Travel or third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”) through the Platform. You agree that purchased services are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service, impose restrictions, or limit your access without prior notice.
2.2 You may be required to pay fees directly to Suppliers and comply with their terms and conditions. You acknowledge full responsibility for such payments and compliance.
2.3 While we strive to maintain stable operation of the Services and Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to deny access, modify, suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Services or Platform at any time.

3. Platform Content

3.1 “Platform Content” includes all materials displayed or used on the Platform, including but not limited to text, photos, images, videos, audio, data, code, and other materials. All Platform Content is the exclusive property of HBA Go Japan Travel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice.
3.2 Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, translate, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Platform Content in any infringing manner. You assume all risks associated with accessing Platform Content, and we bear no responsibility for errors or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3.3 You acknowledge that we cannot identify, predict, or control the behavior of other third-party users and do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of content provided by them.

4. Information You Provide

4.1 You agree that we may use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2 You agree to receive invitations to submit traveler reviews via SMS, email, or the Platform. Submission is voluntary. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to publish such reviews. Reviews must not be misleading, offensive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, contain personal data of third parties, or violate laws.
4.3 By submitting traveler reviews, you irrevocably grant HBA Go Japan Travel and Suppliers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, create derivative works from, and promote such content in any media. You also grant Platform users a non-exclusive license to access and use such content for non-commercial purposes. Ownership of your content remains with you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.4 You warrant that all information you provide is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. You are solely responsible for such information.
4.5 You expressly agree that we may remove any content you provide at our discretion.

5. Your Commitments

You agree to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and to bear full legal responsibility for your actions. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: unauthorized reproduction or use of content, bypassing security measures, reverse engineering, unauthorized framing or embedding, accessing non-public systems, harassment, impersonation, data harvesting, restricting others’ access, unauthorized commercial use, fraud, hacking, or other illegal activities.

6. Order Confirmation and Refund Policy

6.1 Orders may be confirmed immediately or upon confirmation by HBA Go Japan Travel or Suppliers. You agree to receive booking notifications and acknowledge that confirmation timelines are for reference only.
6.2 Prices and fees may be changed at any time. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
6.3 We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders that may violate these Terms.
6.4 You must complete payment using approved methods. Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6.5 For Supplier-provided services, Suppliers are solely responsible for service fulfillment.
6.6 Additional taxes or fees may apply. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of Platform information.
6.7 Refunds for cancellations within permitted periods will be issued via the original payment method, subject to exchange rates and processing fees.
6.8 Electronic Voucher Use

6.8.1 Upon successful booking, you will receive an electronic voucher by SMS or email.

6.8.2 You must comply with usage conditions, including appearing on time and presenting required documents.

6.8.3 Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued. Fraudulent redemption may result in refusal without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBA Go Japan Travel disclaims liability for inaccuracies in Platform Content, non-confidential communications, and any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Services. If liability is imposed, compensation shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HBA Go Japan Travel and its personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or account immediately upon violation of these Terms. Upon termination, we bear no further obligations, and existing orders may be canceled without refund. Certain provisions shall survive termination.

10. Visas and Insurance

You are responsible for understanding entry requirements of your destination. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of first instance at HBA Go Japan Travel’s place of business.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
12.2 We may assign these Terms and related rights and obligations. You may not do so without our prior written consent.
